Visiting hours:
The National Museum of Art of Romania, the Theodor Pallady Museum and the K. H. Zambaccian Museum can be visited: Wednesday-Friday 10am-6pm

Saturday-Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday and Tuesday closed. Free entry on the first Wednesday of the month.
The Art Collections Museum: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-7pm, closed Wednesday and Thursday. Free entry on the first Tuesday of the month.
Last entrance: 1 hour before closing for The National Museum of Art of Romania and the Art Collections Museum and 30 minutes for the Theodor Pallady Museum, the K. H. Zambaccian Museum and the temporary exhibitions.
For guided tours, please make a reservation at secretariat@art.museum.ro at least 7 days in advance. 
On December 11,12 and 15, 2025, the Throne Hall and the Voivodes’ Staircase will be closed to the public. Thank you for your understanding!
Starting December 4th, until Sunday, December 14th, the Theodor Pallady Museum will be closed to the public. Thank you for your understanding!

Jan Brueghel the Elder: Flower Bouquet             

Jan Brueghel the Elder’s Flower Bouquet is the subject of an AR app available on site in the museum’s European Art Gallery. The augmented reality app offers information on the painting and its author and a short trail through the museum’s collections. Available in Romanian, the app was made with support from the Orange Foundation Romania.

A multimedia presentation in Romanian is available on site in the museum’s European Art Gallery. Developed with support from the Orange Foundation Romania.  

A special app developed in partnership with the Bucharest Polytechnical University offers visually impaired people information about this painting in Romanian, English and French. Mobile devices featuring the app can be obtained  from the museum’s Education Department . Please call in advance.
