Visiting hours:
The National Museum of Art of Romania, the Theodor Pallady Museum and the K. H. Zambaccian Museum can be visited: Wednesday-Friday 10am-6pm
Saturday-Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday and Tuesday closed. Free entry on the first Wednesday of the month.
The Art Collections Museum: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-7pm, closed Wednesday and Thursday. Free entry on the first Tuesday of the month.
Last entrance: 1 hour before closing for The National Museum of Art of Romania and the Art Collections Museum and 30 minutes for the Theodor Pallady Museum, the K. H. Zambaccian Museum and the temporary exhibitions.
For guided tours, please make a reservation at secretariat@art.museum.ro at least 7 days in advance. 
On December 11,12 and 15, 2025, the Throne Hall and the Voivodes’ Staircase will be closed to the public. Thank you for your understanding!
Starting December 4th, until Sunday, December 14th, the Theodor Pallady Museum will be closed to the public. Thank you for your understanding!

The National Museum of Art of Romania and the ArtCrowd Association organize on Thursday, March 31, 2022, starting with 11:00 a.m. a special workshop for refugee families from Ukraine.
We invite them to spend an hour in the European Art Gallery of MNAR. The workshop is inspired by the work "Bouquet of Flowers" signed by Jan Brueghel the Elder.

Limited participation: maximum 25 people (children and companions).
In order to facilitate communication with the children, at least one of the parents / tutors needs to be fluent in English - Ukrainian or Romanian - Ukrainian.

Free access.

Duration: 60 min.

Where?
The European Art Gallery

Children`s age: 6 to 10 years

Meeting point: The European Art Gallery, ground floor at 10:30.
