Pierre Alechinsky and the Writers
This is the first major presentation of Alechinsky’s graphic oeuvre at the Museum.
Sixty-six works selected from the collection of the Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image Imprimée in La Louvière (Belgium) explore the close relationship established between text and image as illustrated by the collaboration between the artist and famous writers such as Michel Butor, Eugène Ionesco, François Nourissier and Emil Cioran.
An exhibition organized by the Delegation of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels and the Centre de la Gravure et de l’Image Imprimée in La Louvière (Belgium).
