Royal Palace - Special Visits

Special visits of the former Royal Palace in Bucharest can be organised by prior arrangement.

Following a devastating fire in December 1926, the Throne Hall, Dining Room and Grand Staircase were totally rebuilt, opening for official functions in January 1935. In the 2010s these historical spaces underwent thorough restoration and were brought to their original glory. As of 2013 they are open for tours every third weekend of the month.

Guided tours last approximately one hour.

General guided-tour fees apply:
Romanian - 150 lei/hour/group
English/French – 250 lei/hour/group

Tickets: 20 lei/person.
